SEARCY COUNTY FAIR RULES & REGULATIONS

1. In no case shall the Searcy County Fair Inc officers or voting members be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death by disease, theft, or from any cause to any property while same is on display or any other time or place. The exhibitor shall be responsible for the care of his own exhibit.

2. Competent judges will be provided for all areas. The judge’s decision will be final.

3. No unworthy exhibit will be eligible to receive a premium.

4. Each superintendent will be charged with caring for and  returning the entry book of his department, with the awards of each exhibitor duly and properly entered  therein.

5. Checks in payment for Ribbon Money “Fair Checks” will be made as soon as possible after the close of the fair.

6. All FCS exhibits must be in place by 6:00 PM Tuesday and remain in place until 12 noon Saturday to receive  Ribbon money “Fair Check”.

7. Livestock will be brought in by 6:00 pm on Wednesday and remain in place until 12:00 Noon on Saturday to receive Ribbon premiums.

8. Searcy County residents only are eligible for Ribbon premium: however, all students who attend school in Searcy  County, or persons who live on land where part of their farmstead is contiguous to and in Searcy County shall be considered a resident of this county.

9. NO PARKING inside the fairgrounds handicapped may come in to load and unload.

10. Fairground gates will be locked at 10:00 PM (livestock Exhibitors will have access as needed) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. ALL livestock exhibitors MUST leave by midnight. A watchman will be on duty from 10pm until 7:00 am.

11. The Searcy County Fair reserves the right to refuse any material or exhibits allowed on fairgrounds that the Voting Members and executive board deem unsuitable for the county fair.

12. NO Tobacco, Alcohol or illegal Drugs allowed on the Searcy County Fair Grounds.
