1. Pictures must not be smaller that 3×5 or larger than 22×28 inches,.
2. All entries must be stiff matted or mounted and ready to hang from a binder clip or framed with a wire across the back for hanging.
3. Youth only may submit entries on artist’s stiff canvas board with a binder clip for hanging. (Youth entries on canvas board do not need to be matted or framed.)
4. The following will NOT be accepted: loose papers, coloring book pages or entries that are mounted on flexible poster board. No entries will be hung from strings, ribbons, saw tooth hangers or wire glued to the back of the entry.
5. Any entries which are copies of an original must indicate this by having the word “copy” somewhere on the artwork.
6. ARTWORK DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY THE FAIR MANAGER WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED.
